About the event
On Saturday, June 18th, 8a-noon, the Annual Dumpster Day event will be at Dutch Creek Elementary School parking lot. (only dumpsters this year, NO Electronic Recycle) Its asked that residents line up along Roxbury in front of the school, heading Westbound. After checking in you will be directed to the nearest open dumpster, please watch our volunteers in blue vest . The (5) roll-offs strategically placed in the lot allow traffic flow in and around. Residents will be unloading their own vehicles, while CWCA volunteers (in blue vests) will help assist where needed. Its important to maximize the storage capacity of each roll-off, so we can accommodate everyone who wishes to participate. Many items are NOT accepted in the dumpsters, ie chemicals, paint, oil, cement, blocks, tires, anything electronic or hazardous medical equipment.
If you are current on 2022 dues ($35) prior to the event, Thursday , June 15th cut-off, you will have FREE admission, otherwise the fee has increased again to $50 to participate.
